Choose high quality

 

Try to use high quality drawing dies produced by advanced die processing technology, and choose drawing dies with good hole pattern design.
The longitudinal profile lines of all parts of the hole pattern must be straight, and a straight working cone has the least pulling force;
The intersection part of each part of the die must be obvious, so that each part can give full play to their respective roles and avoid the reduction of the transition angle on the actual length of the sizing area; the sizing area must be flat and of reasonable length.
